To respect the time I set aside for each guest, I kindly request that all rescheduling or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Last-minute changes make it challenging to fill the reserved time, which directly impacts my business.

 

 

 

If you arrive late and I am unable to complete your full service in the time allotted, I reserve the right to:

• Charge the full price of the scheduled service.

• Reschedule the appointment with a late arrival fee.

• Apply a no-show fee if necessary.

Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect to be late. While I understand that unavoidable circumstances may occur, such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

Appointments missed without prior notice (no call/no show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. All fees must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments. All future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. I allow a 15-minute grace period after your appointment's start time before this policy applies.
